04-01-2009 Heppner continues to innovate by proposing a restructured comprehensive offer of services, in sync with the needs of its clients
Heppner is proud to present its new comprehensive offer, restructured and repackaged to optimize the scope and range of services for its clients.
Because Heppner is continually looking toward the future and wants more than ever to anticipate the consequences of this unprecedented economic upheaval, a large-scale project has come to fruition in the form of a complete overhaul of its comprehensive offer of services.
Corroborating the fact once again that Heppner is attentive to the needs of its clients and has the capacity to innovate, this new offer is better organized and more homogeneous and its contents clearer and more easily understandable.
“Further to the announcement pertaining to the restructuring of our transport plan and our desire to espouse a sustainable development policy allowing us to anticipate change and better face up to it, we are striving to stay the strategic course and pursuing our development with the redefinition of our comprehensive offer of services. We are, in fact, strongly convinced that in this difficult economic context, the future now resides in the capacity to react, to propose solutions, to innovate,” explains Gilles Moutel, Heppner’s Managing Director.
An enriched and clearer offer fully reflecting the complete character and customized aspect of the range of Heppner services
Thanks to its completely restructured and repackaged offer, Heppner has become the precursor on the subject in the transport and logistics sector. Based around the 3 activities of the company - ground transport, overseas and logistics, Heppner’s new offer is available in three packages corresponding to three different levels of service: Essentiel, Optimal and Intégral.
In complement to these packages and in order to reinforce the “custom-made” dimension of the offer and personalize client relations, Heppner also proposes:
- optional services: modular and adaptable services such as door-to-door, handling outsized goods or onboard accompanying of merchandise for overseas.
- exceptional services with Heppner Solutions, meaning high value-added and tailored services such as industrial packing, port logistics.
“The redefinition of our comprehensive offer of services comes at an opportune time to answer even better the needs of all our clients - loyal and future - in a market that is in perpetual motion. It adheres to the new dynamics shaping the business development model of companies and fully reflects our desire to figure among the principal economic players in a world that is changing,” adds Gilles Moutel.
