05-26-2008 Heppner appoints Daniel Golebiewski as North Region Agency Director
Heppner is pleased to announce that Daniel Golebiewski has taken up the position of Director for agencies in the North region of France covering the sites of Lezennes, Houplines and Lesquin, effective March 17.
This appointment comes at a time when the group is accelerating its development strategy up to 2010, remodeling its visual identity and turning towards new prospects and challenges -- that notably of injecting new vigor in its activities in the North region. The mission Daniel Golebiewski has been confided primarily consists of consolidating and optimizing the activities of the group by developing the Lezennes site. As to the Houplines site with its 11,000 sq m logistics platform, it constitutes a complementary hub of development.
Daniel Golebiewski is in charge of all the activities: national and international groupage and chartering, overseas forwarding and logistics. « My proven track record in the world of transport and logistics, combined with the rigueur and drive acquired in previous jobs, constitutes a major advantage for Heppner in order to relaunch the growth of this strategic site and the potential that the North region represents. Moreover, I am delighted to become part of a family enterprise such as Heppner, where human values are placed in the forefront, » explained Daniel Golebiewski.
Daniel Golebiewski brings to Heppner his managerial experience acquired while working in the world of transport over many years.
He started his career in 1985 at the Transports STL Laffont located in Clermont-Ferrand as Agency Director. Then from 1991 to 2005, he worked at the GEFCO transport and logistics group where he was Director for the agencies of Vannes and Gennevilliers. He then joined the Darfeuille transport and logistics group as Director in 2005.
